Today i was using the PowerPivot management dashboard data as a PowerPivot source. This workbook has an a filename deep in SharePoint, in my case : “http://sp2010rc:5566/PowerPivot Management/466f3002-543f-4c06-93bf-4d922641a73f/PowerPivot Management Data.xlsx”.
Getting this imported into PowerPivot takes some extra work because there is a small bug in PowerPivot that makes it impossible to put the above URL as filename, as you can see in the screenshot below:
You can workaround this when you click on advanced, where you can past the filename in the datasource:
This will work.

Use LongPathTool it will solve your problem of deleting and copying long path files
